The Review Journal
Our editorial policy
How The Review Journal researches Wolf And Coat guides, distinguishes customer opinions from facts, calculates review analysis and handles corrections.
Editorial responsibility and independence
The Review Journal publishes independently operated customer-review pages and research about Wolf And Coat. The retailer is the subject of the coverage and is not the publisher. Our site operator is responsible for the guides, their sources and any corrections.
Customer ratings are calculated from published customer reviews. An editorial opinion in a guide does not add a star rating, change a customer’s score or remove an unfavourable experience. Positive and negative reviews are assessed under the same publication guidelines.
Sources, dates and what we have checked
Research guides link to their sources, identify when source checks were made and explain material limitations. A store’s location, shipping estimate or refund promise is attributed to the retailer unless it has been established separately. A page being online is not a test of fulfilment or customer service.
Original source-check dates, later rechecks and publication dates describe different events. A date is changed when a relevant check or substantive revision takes place. Public policies and external profiles can change after our check, so readers should consult the linked current source before relying on an ordering term.
We identify desk research as desk research. We do not claim a test purchase, garment test, refund attempt, timed support test or business-registration check unless that work has actually been performed and described.
Customer authorship, verification and review analysis
Reviews describe customers’ own experiences. We preserve their original wording and star rating, subject to moderation for matters such as private information, abuse, spam or irrelevance. A verified purchase badge records an order match under our published guidelines; it does not turn an opinion into a guarantee about the retailer.
Our analysis uses the collection published here. Numerical totals update from those reviews; selected excerpts link to the full account. Topic mentions are labelled as mentions, rather than treated as complaints or completed outcomes. Missing details are not inferred. An intention to avoid a return, for example, is not evidence of a completed refund.
The collection is not a representative survey of all customers. We do not know the total number of orders or the experiences of customers who have not reviewed here. Other platforms’ reviews and scores are not combined with this site’s customer rating.
Corrections and review enquiries
Send a private correction request with the page address, the precise statement at issue, what you believe it should say and a source that supports the change. Requests concerning a customer review should identify the review and explain the issue without posting someone else’s private information.
Factual corrections are checked against the available source material. A disagreement with a customer’s rating does not, by itself, make the review inaccurate. Material revisions to a guide are reflected in its update information. Customer-review and privacy requests are handled separately from the retailer’s order-support service.
