Wolf And Coat on Trustpilot: finding and reading the profile
Where the profile appears, how its website address connects to the store, and how to compare its feedback with reviews collected here.
Where is the Wolf And Coat Trustpilot profile?
Sources were first checked on . A search-results recheck on showed a Wolf And Coat profile for wolfandcoat.com on Trustpilot. Open that profile for its current review count, score, individual reviews and any notices. This page is a guide from The Review Journal; it is not the Trustpilot profile.
The address on that profile has no hyphens. During a direct check, wolfandcoat.com returned a redirect to wolf-and-coat.com, the retailer covered here. The retailer also published support@wolfandcoat.com on its contact page. Those are observable links between the addresses, not an independent audit of ownership or of historical customer experiences.
If the profile’s linked website, contact details or destination changes, check the match again. Similar names alone are not enough to associate a review with a purchase.
Why this guide does not quote a current Trustpilot score
The search snapshots available during research showed different counts and scores across regional versions of the profile. The live profile also presented a connection check to the research request, so a current figure could not be reliably confirmed. A cached search snippet is not a live rating feed.
Use the current Trustpilot profile to check the displayed score and total together. Read the newest feedback, inspect a range of ratings, and check the dates of the experiences rather than relying only on the date a review was posted.
No Trustpilot reviews or scores are imported into The Review Journal’s customer rating. We do not reproduce reviewers’ wording or present their reviews as submissions to this site.
TrustScore and a simple average are different measures
Trustpilot’s TrustScore explanation says its calculation considers recency, review frequency and a balancing component equivalent to seven reviews at 3.5 stars. It is not simply the arithmetic mean of the visible star ratings.
Here, the customer rating is the arithmetic mean of published reviews, rounded to one decimal place, with each published review counted equally. Consequently, scores on the two sites can differ because of both the reviews received and the calculation used. Neither number should be presented as the other platform’s score.
A small number of reviews also provides less context about the range of experiences than a larger, varied set. Read the count and content alongside the number, without assuming that a high or low score alone settles whether the retailer will suit you.
What the profile and verification labels mean
Trustpilot explains that a claimed profile gives a business access to profile-management features such as replying and inviting reviews. That label is not a recommendation from The Review Journal or a substitute for reading the feedback.
Its Verified review explanation describes verification through automated invitations or documentation of a buying or service experience. Those are Trustpilot’s processes. Our verified purchase badge uses this site’s own order-evidence requirements; a badge on one platform does not automatically create one on another.
Review labels describe aspects of how feedback was collected or checked. They do not replace the details of the review, and a badge should not be read as a guarantee of a future order.
How to compare the two sources fairly
| Question | Trustpilot | The Review Journal |
|---|---|---|
| Where is the feedback? | On the linked Trustpilot business profile. | On our Wolf And Coat customer reviews page. |
| Which rating method applies? | Trustpilot’s published TrustScore method. | An equal-weight average of reviews published here. |
| Which checks apply? | The platform’s own collection and review-verification processes. | Our published moderation and purchase-evidence guidelines. |
| What should readers compare? | The exact retailer, product, experience date, delivery destination, issue and outcome. Do not combine the scores or assume the review sets are identical. | |
For an ordering decision, read our assessment of whether Wolf And Coat is a scam or a legitimate retailer. It considers delivery terms, return costs, customer concerns and the limits of the available evidence. Our analysis of customer experiences adds specific examples on fit, construction, delivery and service from the separate review collection published here.
How this guide was researched
Prepared for The Review Journal from publicly indexed Trustpilot profile snapshots, Trustpilot’s own help pages, the retailer’s contact page and a direct domain-redirect check on 18 October 2026. Search results can lag behind the live profile. No purchase was made, no reviewer was contacted and no current TrustScore was independently confirmed.
Use the linked sources for their latest information. If you have your own customer experience to contribute here, visit the reviews page to submit it under our review guidelines; it will be handled separately from any review you submit to Trustpilot.
